Feature Enhancements

Contracts

User fields for purchase contract add-ons:

• Users can now create and manage user fields on the Purchase Contract Add-ons page. Existing fields remain available on both Add-ons and User Fields pages and continue to follow established access and visibility rules.
  

Purchase Orders

More Purchase Order Details from Requisitions:

• Create Purchase Order from Requisition now includes an Other Details section and purchase order user-defined fields. Entered values are applied to the headers of all purchase orders created from the requisition.

Expanded Purchase Order Summary:

• Purchase Order and Contract Purchase Order summaries now include additional read-only vendor, product, and pricing details.

Purchase Order Price and Total Amounts now Visible:

• Purchase order activity, search results, and order details now show Product Amount as “Price in Protein” along with Total Amount.
  

Sales Order Freight and Purchase Order Links Added:

• Users can now assign a purchase order to a sales order and post freight from additional locations. Posting a linked sales order automatically creates the related freight receipt using the established Protein rules.

Receipts

Ability to Override Parent Age on Chick Receipts:

• A new Override Parent Age field is available in Chick Receipt parent details. When entered, the saved override is used in related calculations and reports instead of the standard calculated age.

Shipment ID and Mileage Available on Chick Receipts:

• Chick hatchery purchase receipts now include optional, editable Shipment ID and Miles fields in the General section.

Additional Updates

More detail in Ingredient Scheduling:

• Schedule Single Day and Schedule Multiple Loads now show additional read-only location, product, vendor pricing, and inventory information for available orders.

Updated Self-Billing Invoice Process:

The Purchases self-billing invoice process has been updated as part of this release.
